Cambridge, ON: Collectivfide Insurance Group Inc. is pleased to announce the newest acquisition of Les Bell Insurance Brokers Inc., into the Collectivfide network. Located in Bracebridge, Ontario, this acquisition marks Collectivfide’s eleventh overall and first of 2024.

Les Bell Insurance Brokers Inc. is an independent brokerage serving the Bracebridge and surrounding area and provides services like home, auto, and commercial insurance. Miner Insurance Limited.
Industry M&A Veteran Eric Walker joins Collectivfide as Head of M&A.

Cambridge, ON: Collectivfide Insurance Group is pleased to announce the addition of Eric Walker as Head of M&A. As a founding partner of CW Partners LLP (now Baker Tilly WM LLP), Eric Walker has been consulting with brokers for over 30 years. His broad range of expertise and specialty services include acquisitions and divestitures, succession planning, valuations, taxation, corporate finance, and operations management consulting.
Eric is a Chartered Business Valuator, who the courts recognize as an expert in the valuation of brokerages. Eric's educational credits include a Masters in Business Administration, Chartered Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, and Chartered Business Valuator.

Cambridge, ON: Collectivfide Insurance Group Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of Ontario-based Delmar Sproul Insurance Brokers Inc. with locations serving the Goderich, Lucknow, and South Bruce Peninsula communities. This marks Collectivfide’s third acquisition this quarter and ninth overall since inception in 2019. Collectivfide was formed in 2019 by several mutual insurance companies throughout Ontario and Canada.
