Collectivfide Insurance Group closes acquisition of majority stakes in E. Bollenbach Insurance Brokers Ltd., and Moore Hemsworth Insurance Group Inc.

Cambridge, ON: Collectivfide Insurance Group Inc. is announcing the finalization of acquisitions of majority stakes in Kitchener, Ontario-based E. Bollenbach Insurance Brokers Ltd., and Dublin and Listowel, ON-based Moore Hemsworth Insurance Group Inc. These transactions mark the 7th and 8th since inception for Collectivfide, formed in 2019 by a number of mutual insurance companies in Ontario and elsewhere in Canada.
“We are continuing to achieve our goal of growing and protecting mutual volume with the addition of these two brokerages into the Collectivfide network, “says Tony Ngo, President and CEO of Collectivfide Insurance Group.
