Collectivfide Insurance Group closes third acquisition this quarter with majority stakes in Delmar Sproul Insurance Brokers Inc.

Cambridge, ON: Collectivfide Insurance Group Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of Ontario-based Delmar Sproul Insurance Brokers Inc. with locations serving the Goderich, Lucknow, and South Bruce Peninsula communities. This marks Collectivfide’s third acquisition this quarter and ninth overall since inception in 2019. Collectivfide was formed in 2019 by several mutual insurance companies throughout Ontario and Canada.

Delmar Sproul was formerly part of McConville Omni. and, with its long-standing history, has now pursued independent operations, revisiting its roots and reintroducing its original name, Delmar Sproul Insurance Brokers Inc. This is a nod to the company founder, whose values they still emulate today.

Last month, Collectivfide Insurance Group closed the acquisitions of Kitchener, Ontario-based E. Bollenbach Insurance Brokers Ltd. and Dublin and Listowel, Ontario-based Moore Hemsworth Insurance Group Inc.
